Strategy

We work with your senior leaders to help shape your EDI strategy. As part of the process this can include:

  • Articulating your vision and goals and developing your narrative

  • Reviewing your existing HR processes, including hiring and performance management

  • Assessing your existing policies, communications and strategies

  • Producing an EDI roadmap, with clear objectives, goals and activities

Governance

We help you put the structures in place to ensure your strategy it is followed through and makes any impact in the right way. This can include:

  • Reviewing existing EDI governance and providing recommendations on changes

  • Developing meaningful metrics to track strategy outcomes, both qualitative and quantitative
